3. Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a retreat or participate unless otherwise stated.

Booking & Payment

Each retreat and event has different payment and booking requirements. Please be sure to read each offering in detail. 

• Deposits are refundable up until a specific date as stated in each retreat listing. Deposits become non-refundable on each specified date for each retreat. 

- Full payment is due by the stated deadline.

- Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Deposits are non-refundable after a specified date for each retreat and experience. Occasionally based on prepaid requirements to secure bookings and experiences, there are times when monies collected will be nonrefundable. 

- Cancellations are done on a case by case basis with no cancellations being offered within 90 days of any retreat and within 14 days of any event. 

- No refunds are available within 90 days of each retreat and 14 days of each event. Refunds are not given as prepaid services are already paid in full to secure bookings for each retreat. 

- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

- Hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).

- Obtain required vaccinations or medical clearances.

- Purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost baggage.

- Act respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.

Health & Safety

You acknowledge that participation in retreats may involve physical activity, outdoor adventures, and international travel, each carrying inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before participating in activities.

Modifications & Cancellations by Company

We reserve the right to modify or cancel retreats due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient enrollment). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or partial refund, at our discretion.

4. Disclaimer

No Medical or Mental Health Advice: Our retreats may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, and other holistic practices. These are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge that travel involves risks (injury, illness, accidents, theft, etc.). You assume all responsibility for your participation.

Limitation of Liability: Choose Happy Travels, its founders, partners, and staff are not liable for injury, illness, property loss, delays, or other damages arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for services provided by third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, promotional materials, and retreat documents are the intellectual property of Choose Happy Travels and may not be used without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of  Arizona, United States,

without regard to conflict of law principles.
